Here is a brief introduction on the process:

Make pattern according to drawing

Inject wax into pattern to make wax pattern      

Slurry coating on wax pattern, make shell on wax pattern          

Dewaxing             

Pour molten metal into shell mold     

Break shell  

Cut off pouring gate   

Shot blast
